StaffingGo is a SaaS-based workforce management platform built for three types of organizations:
- Staffing and manpower agencies (Staffing ERP),
- Corporates / principal employers managing 3rd-party contract workers (CLMS/VMS),
- Any company managing its own employees (HRMS).
Staffing ERP is for staffing companies.

CLMS is for principal employers.

Yes. StaffingGo is a multi-tenant, cloud-based SaaS platform hosted on AWS. It is accessible from any device via browser.
Typical go-live time is 2–4 weeks depending on product complexity and data migration requirements.

STAFFING ERP

Staffing ERP is built for staffing companies to manage their entire business lifecycle—right from client acquisition and mandate tracking to employee deployment, attendance, payroll, automated billing, and revenue realization. A key strength is client-wise billing calculations, where invoices are auto-generated based on attendance, salary structures, markups, statutory components, and contract terms—eliminating manual errors and revenue leakage. It also provides real-time visibility into margins, cash flow, and profitability.

CLMS / VMS

CLMS (Contract Labour Management System) is designed for principal employers to manage third-party or contractual workforce across vendors. It focuses on vendor governance, compliance tracking (PF, ESI, etc.), audit readiness, and workforce visibility.It can validate vendor-submitted invoices against attendance and compliance data, but does not typically handle end-to-end billing ownership or complex margin calculations like a Staffing ERP.

HRMS

HRMS (Human Resource Management System) is used internally to manage a company’s own employees. It covers employee records, attendance, leave, payroll, and performance management. However, HRMS platforms generally do not support contract-based billing automation, vendor invoicing, or revenue tracking, as they are not designed for staffing or external workforce models.

COMPLIANCE

StaffingGo automates PF, ESIC, Professional Tax, TDS/Income Tax, and CLRA statutory registers.

PRICING

Pricing is per active employee/consultant per month. Inactive records do not count toward billing.
